Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team or through the available cancellation option on our website.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the website. In such cases, the order will be governed by the applicable return and refund provisions stated below.

If an eligible cancellation is successfully processed, the applicable refund will be initiated through the original payment method.

Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges are available only for eligible products. The applicable return eligibility and conditions are specified on the respective product page.

For eligible products, return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery, unless a different period is specifically mentioned on the product page.

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, products must be returned unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, labels, seals, and accessories intact, wherever applicable.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange, except in cases involving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, or where otherwise required under applicable law.

If return pickup is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the eligible product to the return address provided by Riyora Organic.

Any applicable return or exchange shipping charges will be communicated at the time of approval of the return request.

Riyora Organic reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a return, exchange, or refund.

Refunds:                                                      

Approved refunds will be initiated after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method, and the time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the respective bank or payment service provider.
